RT-Thread est un Système d'exploitation temps réel, multithreadcite-ref-embeddedcomputing-3-0[3] libre, sous Licence Apache 2.0cite-ref-4[4], à destination de systèmes embarqués principalement. Il fonctionne sur architecture RISC-V, notamment sur le microcontrôleur GD32V de GigaDevicecite-ref-arduinolib-5-0[5]., ainsi que l'architecture ARM (dont les STM32 de ST-Microelectronicscite-ref-6[6]), MIPS 32 bits, ARC, C-Sky, x86 et certains DSPcite-ref-7[7]cite-ref-8[8].

Il peut également fonctionner sur le système d'émulation de RISC-V de Qemucite-ref-9[9].
